Programs

Our work is centered around three core programs designed to support grieving mothers in meaningful, practical, and compassionate ways.

Each program exists to meet a different need within the grief journey, from the earliest days of loss, to ongoing healing, to building greater understanding and support within the community.

Together, these programs reflect our commitment to offering comfort, connection, and care to mothers who should never have to walk through grief alone.

Compassion may include:

  • One-on-one support

  • Matching

  • Immediate relief resources

Compassion

For your journey -whenever you need, wherever you are,

chosen by mothers who understand the pain.

The Compassion program focuses on early grief support, meeting mothers in the immediate and tender stages following the loss of a child.

This program is designed to offer comfort, guidance, and practical support when life feels overwhelming and even simple next steps can feel difficult to navigate.

Through Compassion, mothers may receive one-on-one support,

thoughtful matching opportunities with others who understand this kind of loss, and immediate relief through resources meant to lessen the burden during an incredibly painful time.

The purpose of this program is to ensure that no mother feels abandoned in her earliest moments of grief and that support begins with presence, understanding, and care.

Care

What now? How do you live a life you did not choose.

The Care program is centered on ongoing healing support for grieving mothers as they continue to move through life after loss.

Grief does not end after the initial weeks or months, and this program exists to provide continued connection, encouragement, and meaningful opportunities for healing over time.

Through Care, mothers can participate in regular healing workshops, small gatherings, and educational offerings designed to support emotional processing, reflection, and personal growth.

The goal of this program is to create a steady source of support, helping mothers feel seen, supported, and gently encouraged as they navigate the long-term realities of grief.

Community

The Community program reflects our commitment to outreach, awareness, and building stronger understanding around grief and the needs of grieving mothers.

Loss can often feel isolating, especially when those around us do not know how to respond or offer support. This program helps bridge that gap.

Through Community, Grieving Hearts works to raise awareness, foster connection, and extend compassionate education to the wider public and support network surrounding grieving mothers.

The purpose of this program is to encourage a more informed, empathetic, and responsive community, one where grieving mothers are better supported not only individually, but collectively.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

Every mother’s grief journey is different, and our programs are designed to honor that. Whether someone is seeking immediate support, continued healing opportunities, or connection through a wider community of understanding, Grieving Hearts is committed to providing care with compassion and purpose.
