When you're ready, there are a handful of support groups in our area. We encourage you to try them all to find the best fit for you (and you don't have to pick just one).

Provides online support groups specifically for miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss. -
Grieving Mothers Facebook Group
A large, private Facebook group offering peer support and connection among mothers who have experienced child loss. -
Bereaved Mothers Online Community (Grief in Common)
A social network-style site that helps people connect based on similar loss experiences, including groups for grieving moms. -
Child Loss Grief Support Group (Reddit – r/childloss)
A moderated space where parents can express their grief and support one another anonymously. -

Offers virtual support groups and healing retreats for people who have experienced pregnancy, infant, or child loss. -
